Macaroni Cheese

Hasil nyontek dari buku pinjem di library.....judulnya "The Quick and Easy Cook Book for Kids". Resepnya sih lumayan banyak yang menarik, tapi yang sempet dicoba baru yang ini. Kebetulan anak2, demen banget ama macaroni and ama cheese, ya udah gabung aja.... Mmmmm...lekker!!!



Bahan:
1 medium onion
1 small green pepper
150 gr cheddar cheese
salt, pepper
1 tablespoon cooking oil
200 gr macaroni
40 gr plain flour
40 gr butter/ margarine
500 ml milk
125 gr frozen peas
6 cherry tomatoes
75 gr chopped ham

Cara buat:

• Boil macaroni, salt, cooking oil and onion chopped. Drain it.
  
• In another pan, mix flour, milk and butter. Bring slowly to boil, stiring all the time.
• When the sauce start to boil, add cheese, pepper, ham,peas and tomatoes
• Mix together the macaroni and the sauce.
• Bake it until the top turn golden brown.
